Theater 10 – Terms of Use & General Rules

Private Theater Rental Agreement

By renting Theater 10 at Flippers Cinema, the renter and all guests acknowledge, understand, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

General Conduct

This is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the theater or Flippers Cinema

No outside food or beverages are permitted. All food and drinks must be purchased through Flippers Cinema unless otherwise approved in writing.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Flippers Cinema does not permit alcohol on the premises under any circumstances.

Illegal drugs or controlled substances are strictly prohibited anywhere within the theater or Flippers Cinema property.

Content & Recording

Personal photos and videos may be taken within Theater 10.

Recording, photographing, streaming, or reproducing any movie, presentation, or streamed content displayed on the theater’s screen is strictly prohibited, unless prior written authorization is provided by Flippers Cinema

This includes, but is not limited to, video recording, audio capture, screen recording, live streaming, or any other form of duplication of the on-screen content.

Enforcement

Any violation of these rules will result in the renter and/or guests being asked to leave immediately.

No refunds will be issued for removals due to policy violations.

Flippers Cinema reserves the right to refuse service, terminate the event, or remove individuals at its sole discretion to ensure the safety, legality, and integrity of the venue.

Responsibility

The renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests are informed of and comply with these rules.

Any damages to theater property caused by the renter or guests may result in additional charges.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By proceeding with the Theater 10 rental, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions listed above.
